We transformed this property , from an aging 1930’s classic into a new fresh home , going from a single  to double story .Opening up internally creating a open plan feeling , and bringing the outside in .

As most properties in Parktown North , most are older than 60 years , this property is no different . Although the exterior remains unchanged , we submitted a comprehensive design report and application to PHRA-G , which was approved We worked closely with the client ,creating a internal workspace for the creative minds within the advertising fraternity .

Oaklands Vets is more of a land mark , than a building , as it is situated on a very unique site in Oaklands . The original building is loosely based on the Art deco genres , and is over 60 years old and has been restored. Internally , we have tried to keep as much of the original walls as possible however , to maximize space we have had to remove some , with the permission of PHRA-G .
